About the Company: Dolai Dazzle is a growing organization committed to excellence in operations and financial management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Cum Operation Officer to join our team and contribute to our growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance:Maintain accurate daily accounting records (manual and digital). Handle accounts payable/receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and present monthly financial reports and statements to management. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards. Assist with audits and maintain all financial documentation. Operations Management:Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams for order processing and fulfillment. Monitor inventory, logistics, and dispatch processes. Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently. Support procurement and vendor management activities. Requirements: Education: 12 th pass Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role (Accounting + Operations) Age Limit: 25 – 35 years Language Skills: Intermediate English (Written & Verbal) Technical Skills: MS Excel, Tally or similar accounting software, Basic ERP tools Other Requirements: Strong analytical, multitasking, and communication skills What We Offer: Competitive salary package Structured work schedule (5-day week) Growth opportunities within the company A collaborative and professional work environment
